Changes to cancellation policy due to PayPal changes

PayPal have recently made changes to their cancellation policy and will no longer return transaction fees for refunds. The transaction fee is ¥40 + 2.9% of the sale amount and this will be deducted from any refunds. For example, a sale of ¥13,000 will incur a ¥547 transaction fee. If a refund is requested, then ¥12,453 will be returned. This is an unfortunate change made by PayPal which we have updated our cancellation policy to adapt. Thank you for your understanding.
